Jk rocker panel repair

I have pretty much crushed my rockers by running stock sliders for far too long does anybody have any experience having them repaired.

I dont have pics. But the rubicon sliders bent up and put a giant crease down the middle of the rocker panel the whole length on both sides

some people have had decent luck covering them up with rocker skins but if that is not an option then it is an expensive body shop repair.
