River City Offroad

I thought I would give Marcus at River City Offroad a plug. I recently bought a RK 2.5 x factor lift for my Jeep through him solely based on threads here at JKOwners. There where other dealers at similar price points but after adding the forum discount he was the better deal.

The key factor in dealing with him was communication not price and he is quick to respond to all emails no matter how frustrating a customer can make his life. I am glad I purchased through River City Offroad and I am sure anyone considering it will be very happy.

Come on Marcus is a Joke.... I emailed and text him and it took less than 2 min for him to respond.... Really??? Then I actually got my parts in less time than it took to say 3 shakes of a donkey tail. I totally expect shipping delays and problems when I order... get on the ball dude!!

Love ya Bro... Anything that I can buy I will buy through you. Not to mention you are local, and you seem to know what the F you're talkin about!!!

I am starting to believe that Marcus is cybernetic organism with an organic shell that is powered by shitty frozen food and beer. His customer service sucks, I would never buy nuffin from him. (Gotta keep ya grounded, or cause you to have a mental break, whichever comes first! )

he keeps taking all my money & slipping fookin' Jeep parts really quickly in the post & on my porch. So fast my wife rarely notices! One shady dude......

( none rock & roll like the Marcus....)

Ordered wheels, tires, flascal, and tire carrier from Marcus over lunch yesterday and received a tracking number by the end of the day. Awesome!

^^^^^^

Totally this! Marcus gives horrible customer service! He called me back within 2 minutes of me leaving a message! I mean really, c'mon. I had to wait a full 2 minutes for Marcus to explain to me that the issue was headspace and timing on my part and not with the parts I got from him at a super cheap rate. I mean really, he saved me money and responded when I needed help! What kind of piss poor customer service is that? After his call I was able to complete the install I was having a problem with.

I read on another thread that Marcus is going to start giving away winches on members' birthdays. I read that, really did. What a guy.
