Gear Ratio Advise

I am looking for advise here.

- 2014 Wiley's Wheeler JK
- Manual Trans
- 35" tires Mickey Thompson MTZ
- 3.5 inch lift
- 2 Door
- factory geraring

I use as a daily driver, some travel, and weekend trail riding usually stick to moderate trails, not too much rock climbing. When on the highway with cruise control on I seem to lose a lot going up hills and have to down shift from 6th to 5th. I would like to get the performance back closer to factor or a little better. I really didn't think I would have had that big a drop off.

Thanks guys

I would go with 4.56s for your Willys. You would be fine with 4.10, but 4.56 would be better acceleration and would also be a good choice if you went with 37s in the future.

I have close to the same setup and I will be re-gearing to 4.56s.

I agree with 4.56s for your setup. I can help with a gear package if you need some assistance.
