Soft top velcro leak? Any solution?

Sup guys, I have a factory soft top but it seems that the velcro straps at the very back of the side window piece is soaked and accumulating water every time. Any solutions?

Yeah, just smear silicone on both sides of the Velcro like a peanut butter and jelly sammich and press that shit together nice and tight.

Same thing as chknkatsu. i ripped out the carpet and replaced it with a bedrug (won't absorb the water so it won't grow mold and I pull the plugs out if I know its gonna rain

Seem seal on all stitching inside and on the zipper fabric(I used Coleman from WallMart). Zipper wax melted into the zippers(got it at a dive shop). I get a little bit of water from somewhere, but not sure where. Not enough to matter though. I used to have puddles under the seats.
