axles- X = D30 front as opposed to Rubicon's D44, and the transfer case- Rubi = 4:1 lo range. Also the Rubicon has an electric sway-bar disconnect system (which imo is crap). Rubicons also come with a more aggressive tire (32"?- cant remember) and alloy wheel pkg.

Poly Performance - Dynatrac - Currie - Goodyear - Poison Spyder - Warn - PSC - AEV - Reid Racing - Off-Road Evolution - Flowmaster - Delta - Riddler - Micky Thompson - Daystar - Skid Row - Uniden - Rebel Offroad - Firestik - Warrior Products - Viair - HiLift - ARB - Kicker - Infinity

Lets not forget the Rubicon has selectable lockers front and rear (probably the biggest benefit off-road).

No, its the "Rubicon" decal that offers up the biggest benefit....it scares those pesky lil rocks right out of your way.....

Axels (D44 vs. D30, selectable lockers, and higher spline count), tires, and transfer case are the only major differences that I am aware of.
