Curious Sound upon shut off

Has anyone else ever noticed a very subtle sound after they shut their JK off. Moments after I turn the key off and its completely quiet (no radio) I usually hear a low tone "electrical arc" type sound. It usually does it twice and then nothing else. I'm just curious if its normal as I'm assuming its coming through the soundbar and is merely the electrical system "broadcasting" somehow....but then I'm no engineer so it's all theory in my fuzzy web of a mind.

yes, definitely hear it. Based on previous discussions it seems that the cd player was the most likely cause, have never seen any official confirmation though.

I hear it all the time as well, doesn't seem to be an issue.

It wasn't worrying me, yet....just seemed like the oddest sound from a vehicle and I've never heard it in anything else I've driven......thought maybe they stuffed a flux capacitor in this thing someplace....

I usually hear it when I turn the Jeep off, and when I open the door to get in.
