seat belt is stuck

does anyone know how to get the seatbelt to come back out. i took the two back ones off when i did my bedliner and now they are stuck and wont budge.

2008 jku rescue green metallic
Warn XD 9000 with Mopar front bumper

I sprayed wd40 in mine and it worked the next day. I also tapped it with a screw driver, but i'm guessing it was the lube.

I had the same issue, they will come undone. You can use a small wire to release the cam that locks the real one click at a time until you can freely pull out the belt. Make sure you are holding the retractor the way it mounts. (Top up)

This! It is a pain in the ass but it works eventually.
