The age old tire size question

Hello all
New to the forum.
I have to ask the question that everyone seems to ask at some point.
Can I run 315/70/17 on my 2010 jk 2door sport without any lift at All? I have a stubby rugged ridge bumper and bushwhacker flat flares. I know this gives me more clearance than stock and the wheels I'm looking at have 4.5" back spacing. I don't off-road except for the occasional beach trip on the sand but these are few and far between. I don't wanna settle for 33's as they would look small with my flat flares. Any info is appreciated.
