aftermarket rear bumper to replace stock

I need a rear bumper that will fit with my existing hitch receiver. I was looking at Pavement Ends (great price) but it will not work with hitch receiver.

There are lots of them: Poison Spyder, Ace , Rock Slide Engineering, JCR Off-road, Aries, just to name a few. Do a web search on "JK rear bumper" and look at the pictures 'til you find one you like.

I'm gonna speak up for OR-Fab. Great stuff, great price. Sturdy as hell!

Also, fits with the trailer hitch. Have both on my Sahara. Check them out: http://www.orfab.com/details.php?App...208&Title=3/16 PLATE METAL REAR BUMPER FOR JEEP JK - 2/4 DOOR

2008 JKU, ProComps, 35 Kevlar MT/R's, Dana 44s, locked, 5.13, Artic Trusses, RCVs, all types of OR-Fab stuff, PIAA's, 2.5in Suspension lift, Adams driveshaft, Teraflex SpeedBumps, Warn Winch and some other goodies...

Why does it need to work with the existing hitch? There are a bunch of bumpers that have built in hitch receivers.

True, but at least some of them, such as Poison Spyder's RockBrawler II, are not recommended for towing if you read the fine print. Here's their statement, "IMPORTANT: The integrated hitch receiver is not rated for towing. It is intended as a recovery attachment point only." So if you install that bumper, your towing days are over.

Our RPMFAB rear opens with the door and we use the factory hitch so it stays rated by Chrysler
