I hope you read this

this is for the guy and guys like him. so the story goes- The wife and I on a whim decided to go to the beach this weekend. (Newport CA.) The weather being not to hot and not too cold I thought the beach wouldn't be packed, I was wrong. After driving around looking for a parking spot for about 20 minutes (cycircled the block like three times!) and loosing my patience with every passing minute, an angle appeared!! Sitting in a parking lot behind like 10 other cars also looking for a parking space a man walks up and asks if we where looking for a spot. With a deparate look on my face i say "YES!" he says, "I've got a four door Jeep at home, drive back around and i'll wait for you, you can have my spot". With a big stupid grin on my face I say "REALLY!". I drive back around and he backs out and gives me his spot. Driving away I noticed the guy had MISSOURI plates and thought that was nice of him. Then relized I didn't get a chance to say thank you- SO- THANK YOU! You turned a breaking point into a great day- thanx again.

JEEPS AND ANGLES ROCK!!

Parking in Newport can be a bitch...even in the "off-season". Nice story, though. I hope enjoyed your day.

I used to live in So Cal in the 80s and back then it was a bitch to find a parking place in Newport! Can't imagine how bad it must be now. I miss Origional Pizza that is just off the board walk. Good stuff!

I lived in the "Show Me" State for 2 years. Good people there. Made some very close friends. Great Jeep story.

Same here. I thought he was going to somehow squeeze past the other cars when the "angle" appeared.
