E-Autogrilles bumpers - good review

I've had my rear tire carrier from e-autogrilles for just over a year (got it on ebay). I had an issue with it and they sent me a replacement for free, over a year after I bought the original. Pretty amazing customer service, especially considering they aren't the manufacturer and they could have easily told me its out of warranty.

Just a heads up for those that are worried about customer service.

What was the issue with a bumper that it needed to be returned a year later ?

Since they just hooked me up, I'm not going to go into it, but put it this way it wasn't a huge deal and my old one is still on my jeep until I get the new one.

I think I paid 500 or something shipped. For that price point, nothing comes close to it....although don't expect it to be the same boat as something twice as expensive. I guess my post is more out of shock that they stuck by their stuff since I don't think they even list a warranty.

I have their mesh grill insert and couldn't be happier over a year later. No rust, good fit and only $55

They changed the design of the latch from the last year when i ordered it, much easier...and the spindle now has grease channels in it...small differences but much better.

Loving my front bumper with LED's and half the price of competitors modular bumpers. Good quality, and easy install!
