home built EVAP skid ?

OK gang, ? For our resident fabricators. If I was to design and build my own evap skid, what gauge would you all recommend? I'm also considering my own extended trunk cubby.

Well after visiting a few of our vendor's pages, it looks like 3/16" is the norm. Now it time for a little cardboard planning.

In regards to the trunk cubby, anyone relocated their battery to this spot? I'm thinking of expanding the space to house a dual setup. Freeing up space in the engine compartment for future ideas.

I've been thinking of a dual battery setup back there as well...it's a great spot, once the factory muffler is gone and to get some weight off the front end. Try doing a search on here, I saw one a few weeks back that someone did with old ammo boxes as the housing for the batteries. It was a good looking setup and got me thinking.

Yea I think it was Doc if I remember right, but I don't recall any pics. Maybe he'll chime in or others who have seen it.

My plan ultimately is to run the MBRP's mid frame exhaust so the muffler will be relocated to just in front of the EVAP. The additional space gain will hopefully allow me to also relocate my current Superwinch to the rear and replace it will a better more powerful Warn in the front.
