Maybe cut back a bit on the caffeine? He always seems to be working on new stuff.

Not hijacking...but what the hell does this mean?! It's killin me!

I've been reading about the ORH and California tops for over a year now. They seem to be the same company and a guy named Tim runs it out of his garage. I've emailed and called both with no results. There are plenty of threads on here covering the whole issue people have with customer service. But keep in mind, not one of them complains about the top when they get it. Seems to be a top notch product.
Good luck!
And let me know if you get in touch with him becuse I want one too!
Take Care,
Matt

lol, refer to the ORH thread about the troubles in getting in touch with ED/TIM from Off Road Heroes / California Tops... you nailed it - great product, very few complaints about the results and well worth the wait IMO.

(IBTMOAFORHT) - that means "in before the merge of another fuckin' off road heroes thread"

So here is what I know he has both the fast back and the new hero top. The hero top was up on his web site but Tim at the time could not mfg them fast enough, so he pulled it off. I ordered mine (the new hero top) and it sitting in Canada waiting to be shipped over.

Tim and I emailed back and forth and he said he was going to get all his ordered tops out and then work on getting some in stock. He wants to have the best costomer service he has ever had this year.

It was a long time to wait and its still not here but on its way. I think he tries but gets a lot of orders and these are made to order.

Just what I know.
