Insurance Question

Has anyone ever had any dealings with ACCC General Insurance? We were rear ended last week and now the person's insurance is draging their feet to get our Jeep repaired. The said they would have to look into the accident then go from there, their insured was issued a citation for failure to control speed, the driver got out and admitted fault then said she didn't have any rear brakes on the car.

im sure it will get taken care of... yes it may take a while but her insurance will get it fixed...

Tell the insurance company that your neck is starting to worry you. That might speed up the process...
