New jeep owner !!

Hey all!
I just bought my jeep Thursday 4/16/15. I'm already in love with it and have a feeling I will be a jeep owner my whole life. I bought a 2009 jk wrangler 4 door. I'm wanting to put a reliable lift and bigger tires on it but not wanting to spend a boat load of money. I'm looking for a quality 3" lift and wanting to put some 35's on it. My jeep is dark blue and I'm going to do black rims on it as we'll. I am just looking for some friendly advice from some jeep people who have more experience than I do. I am looking for the wide set look with some height on it as we'll! Hope I get some great replies! Definitely glad to be a part of the jeep family!!!

I'm new too, but welcome!!!

Best of luck on your quest to not spend a boatload. We were all that way once. We all fell by the wayside, one by one

Lots of great info here in some well-established threads regarding your lift and tires. The more research in the forums you can stand to do, the better off you'll be!

Cheers bud!

If you want reliability keep your lift height moderate at 2.5" or under and buy a quality not a cheap lift kit. If you are limited on funds then go with budget boost (spacer lift). They are also available up to 2.5".

Check out the 2.5" lifts from Rock Krawler, Teraflex, Metal Cloak, AEV and few other for starters. Read some of the existing lift threads so you can get an idea of the problems that arise and how to avoid them.
