Problems fixed in newer Models of JK?

I have an 07. I am wondering if the 09/10 models have fixed some of the annoying little problems...

1. The leaking hose for the rear window washer on the hard top ( where it plugs in)

2. The plastic keepers that hold the rear window bar on the soft top. They continually pop off... usually the drivers side.

3. ETC., ETC. I'm sure someone will bring up something I forgot.

Hey KS- Don't want to hi-jack your post, but what size wheels and tires you running on your rig?

I was looking at your avatar picture and trying to find a combination that will work under my stock fenders. Are you running spacers?

To answer your questions nothing like that has happened on my 08 JK.

I'm guessing 35's, cause if they were any bigger they wouldn't stuff, least that's how it looks. I'm thinkin the wheels are "Pro Comp Rock Krawlers" I had a set just like those, in fact I've got some for sale. 16x8

"Dude, did you see that Green Jeep out in the parking lot?"

"Yeah, its' mine..."

Send a message via Yahoo to rob4607

I have a 08 and swap tops or go topless a few times a year and none of the issues that you described or really any issues close to what you have described. I have yet to read anyone post up the effectivness of the new softop with cables or the new added latch at the front loop to see if they are anymore effective, bit my 08 has been leakless untill I open the doors and it pours in from the gutters, good luck and sorry you are having issues.

Your #2 keeper problem: mine were not giving me any problems, but the service dept said there was a recall or reb on them and replaced them for me with a newer ones.

No other problems I can think of.. I've got an 08 with 24k miles...

1) Havent put the hard top on in a year
2) ORH softtop
3) all other problems essentially the result of a) being stupid b)someone else being stupid

Yes, but there's just something about him. Something around the eyes, I don't know, reminds me of... me. No. I'm sure of it, I hate him.

I have an 09 Sahara UL, hardtop leaks at the rear window seal on the tail gate. Always wet at the sub woofer mount. Soft top leaks on the passenger front (just behind the windshield). I've noticed a small leak on the engine thermostat housing at the gasket. I'm not sure if the 07/08 models had the same issue's or not?

Strange, I never had any of these problems on either of our 07's, our 08, or our current 09...

The only problems we ever had were

1. Crappy underpowered motor
2. Drive by wire
3. Overly computer controlled vehicle
4. ESP
5. Oh and I bent a rear axle shaft before even touching a trail at Moab last year in the Rubi.

I no longer work with Warrior. I am now working with The FIRM.

Lets not forget the ever popular gas gushing on hands and feet when using the autofills at the gas stations!

Heres a few you forgot to add,
How about the Windshield wipers sticking.
And the drivers door strike clunking when you hit a bump.
And the center console being four inches to short.
And the Leaking water pump with 28k on the motor.
And theres the ESP thing
And the occasional ignition not starting the engine thing.
And the shitty plastic that scratches when you touch it!
And the no paint behind the door hinges.
Some complaints I have with Jeep...

I knew guys wouldn't let down! I forgot a bunch of them...

My wheels are ProComp 17", tires are 33" Procomp, with a Rubicon Express 2.5" lift.

I need to update my Avatar.... now with my new tube fenders and additional lift... same tires... I NEED 37" tires!

So... Santa... can you maybe send me some 37" tires... I've been real good
