How waterproof are stock doors??

I have a 2015 JKU, it's my first Jeep and I don't want to ruin it, obviously. If I ford water up past the bottom of the doors will water get inside? I have extended diff breathers so the doors are the only thing I'm worried about.

Yes it will. But there are drainplugs under the carpet.

Might want to check air box as well. Snorkels can be a benefit.

What part of Texas you in? I've been in water about 6" higher than the bottom of my doors for about 30 seconds and no leaks. It got deeper right after that picture was taken.

2014 JKUR, 3.5" X Factor RK lift, 40" Nitto Trail Grappler's, RIPP supercharger and UD60s.

If you only go in weather that is 6" above the bottom of you should be good. It is when you are in 10-12" above the bottom of your door that your door seals get overwhelmed by the water pressure. Last summer I got stuck in a sandy bottomed area that had water up to my flares (I was stock at the time) and I had quite a bit of water in the jeep. I pulled every drain plug, and rinsed the carpet out with clean water when I got home then hung the carpet on my truck to dry out and there is no moldy smell.
