Changing the brakes this weekend need advice

I will be changing the brakes and rotors on the rear of my jeep. Any suggestions on the type of brakes or rotors? Jeep is stock at this point.

Are you planning on bigger tires and/or wheels at some point? How big? That'll help people give you a more informed answer vs. the responses that will range from $10K Ceramic brakes to use the Search feature on the website.

If it's staying stock then why not go with stock rotors and pads? You can even save a few bucks by taking your rotors into an auto parts store to have them machined (Pep Boys still does this at $10 rotor).
