EVAP Hose, Rodents & Repair Help Needed
The Jeep gave out a couple EVAP codes so I dropped it off at the dealer. Got a call back and they said a rodent chewed through an EVAP hose.
The part cost $88 and labor is $407, so I want to try to swap out the hose myself before I toss out $400.
Has anyone else changed out the EVAP hose that runs from the top of the gas tank? Does the tank need to be dropped? My garage is full right now, so I don't want to get in too deep in the driveway. Any help, tips or suggestions are appreciated.
