I have the Teraflex hinge and adjustable carrier. The challenge as I see it is the mounting of the rack to the tailgate. The Teraflex piece is very beefy, and it protrudes out away from the gate some near the right-side tire mount bolt holes, but only on that side. In mounting the upright legs of the rack, you'll have to rig a spacer or something to bring it away from the gate far enough to clear the massive hinge on the right side. Teraflex includes some spacers for use with the factory tire mount somehow. Maybe you could rig up something, but I don't think it'll be a straightforward bolt on.
