Door Limiting Straps

After reading some posts about mirror and door dings/dents, I was wondering if anyone has purchased any door limiting straps. I ordered a 2010 Unlimited Sahara, and am curious as to how wide the doors swing open. I test drove a few vehicles, but don't recall much about the doors. Can anyone provide any feedback on these door straps? Are they worth purchasing?

Thanks!

the jk comes with straps that keep it from opening too far... the dings/dents come from when the strap is removed to take the doors off and the door swinging open all the way...

Simple answer: nope

Most people that are talking about dents from mirrors or doors are talking about when they take the doors off. If you take off the factory limiting straps before the wiring harness or are not careful about removing the doors, they can swing all the way forward and the mirrors will dent the cowl. You'll see when you get your Jeep.

Edit: damn, beat to the punch
