Universal Parts gave me GREAT service!

I have to tell you about my experience with Universal Parts.
I ordered a SPAL fan from Universal Parts a couple of weeks ago. Well, I was having some overheating issues. I spoke to Ryan there and he helped me figure out the problem (I wired it wrong)
I was impressed that he took the time to help me figure it out.
Also, I told him about the JKO and he is looking into becoming a vendor!
I wish I got this kind of customer service everywhere.

BTW, the normal disclaimer, I have nothing to do with their company, just was impressed.

the colors on my wires were backwards for some reason. wierd.
He said they are getting ready to make an aluminum shroud that works on the JK with the SPAL fan.SWEET! wasn't going to mention it until he said it was ready, but, since you brought it up...
He's going to let me know as soon as the prototype is done. The 1st one is going on the Black Beast!
