steering column squeeking when cold in the AM

anyone else get a dieing duck squeek when they first start turning the steering wheel on cold mornings? it seems to be coming from right behind the steering wheel. it goes away after warming up and driving it a bit. not talking about REAL cold temps, but like under 20 degrees.

I hear many squeaks in my JK --including one when I turn the steering wheel-- when the outside temp is under 48 degrees. They simply go away as the temps rise over 50.
