Longer shocks on stock suspension

I happened to run across a set of 5100's for half price brand new in the box, curious if I can put these on before I get my 3.5" metalcloak lift in the spring. Are brake lines and exhaust spacers the only thing I need to worry about with longer shocks or should I just wait to put them on once I have the lift installed?

Do you know what lift height they are made for?

More importantly, you need to know the collapsed length. You need to be properly bump stopped for them even after your lift is installed.

What are the collapsed lengths or part numbers?

The shocks you can run is determined at full bump, not lift height.

Its the AEV tuned Bilsteins that come with their 2.5" lift. I'm just thinking they may ride better on the road than my stockers but I need to make sure they will still work offroad as well, I've already been out twice in the last 5 weeks.
