cb mounting locations??

I know this has probly been posted a million times, but im trying to decide where i want to mount my cobra 25. i dont want to go the overhead route or on the side of the console... i was thinking of velcroing it on the dash above the stock radio (velcro for easy removal to thwart thieves), has anyone done anything similar, or what do u think about it thx in advance. pics will b helpful, and also antenna mounting pics. thx!

The rubicon is a 29 km. river in northern Italy. "Crossing the rubicon" is a popular idiom meaning to pass a point of no return. Originating from Ceasaer's 49 BC crossing of the river, which was considered an act of war

Another option would be to get a Tuffy console and it has a provision for a CB that is hidden.

Love you brother and you will always be my hero!

The speaker on the bottom will mess with the compass...

I am running a Cobra 18 WXII.. The speaker is front mounted and doesn't mess with the compass..
