Beware counterfeit copies of Olympic.

Well its happening and you should be aware of it. Our American made Safari Mirrors are being copied and produced in China and sold as Safari Mirrors. Unless they say Olympic Safari Mirrors they are not made in United States. Olympics' mirrors, mirror heads, tubular arms, all thread interior supports are all made in United States. The hardware comes from a local hardware supplier. The boxes and the tape that secures them closed are made and printed in United States as well.
Now we are not asking for favors, in fact we are offering a great deal; American made Safari Mirrors for the same price as the Chinese imports. Here is the reduced price, Olympic Safari Mirrors for only $49.99 a pair. http://www.olympic4x4products.com/Ol...per-Sales.html

Acura is part of Honda which is from Japan. And for the longest time it was sold only in America and Canada.

This is off subject but as u guys seem to know your imports, anyone know about the Chevy Spark, I'm thinking of getting one so I can safe gas money and go to more jeep events. I drive almost 40o to 500 hundred miles a week at 12 mpg. So the car payment would be considerable less then what i spend on gas a week.

Since you are talking about products made in the USA maybe you should get a car that is actually manufactured in this country.

I was recently in a similar spot as you and I would NOT buy a Chevy Spark.

For the same ( or close to the same) money you would be much better off getting a slightly used ( maybe 2012-2013) low-mileage Ford Focus or Toyota Corolla or Camry. If it's certified then that's even better. Even picking up an additional 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty won't add much to the price if you want that piece of mind.

With the Focus or Corolla or Camry ou will have a peppier car than the Spark, a safer car, and one that will hold it's re-sale value much better than the Spark. A Focus, Camry, or Corolla will also be much roomier for passengers and/ or cargo capacity.

The Spark ( like the Yaris and Soul and others) are getting good initial reviews these days but I would not trust much about some of these little cars in the long-term. I really would consider the Focus, the Corolla, and the Camry. For only a little more money, you will have a MUCH nicer and more dependable and desirable vehicle.

Poly Performance - Dynatrac - Currie - Goodyear - Poison Spyder - Warn - PSC - AEV - Reid Racing - Off-Road Evolution - Flowmaster - Delta - Riddler - Micky Thompson - Daystar - Skid Row - Uniden - Rebel Offroad - Firestik - Warrior Products - Viair - HiLift - ARB - Kicker - Infinity
