I've seen a few running around, but I'm not sure if they are full custom, or if they are an option. I'm looking at doing a drop down tailgate and would like to cover the stock hinge and tail-light location. I don't mind doing some fab work, and I think that PSC or AEV corners with cutting out the raised portion and welding in some patches may be the best bet. I really don't want to get something that doesn't follow the lines of the rear corner and leave a huge gap at the corners.
Yup, as stated, River Raider will not cut that section out if you ask when ordering. If you're set on a different manufacturer, you could just easily weld in plates to cover it up. It is approximately 2"x3" plates. See you're location is Ft. Hood. I have the River Raider corners with the cut outs but if you'd like to see how they fit up, let me know.
