Angry WIND-VENT NOISE

Hey y'all!

There seems to be a weird noise coming from the windshield vent (not sure), that only sounds at a certain speed. I tried turning the fan off and it didn't work. It's driving me nuts! Seems as though something is stuck in the vent and is whistling at a certain speed. Any ideas? Anybody else experienced this?
Help a girl out! Haha
Thanks

windshield wiper blade worn or broken?
loose body trims around the cowl?

if you have windshield lights, they make a ton of wind noises too

09' White JKU Rubicon with some stuff

Welcome.

I'd guess it's more likely to be air getting in around the windshield seal, or coming in between the tub and windshield frame.

I guess I'm not too sure about the windshield frame seal, as I've not had my JK windshield folded forward, but I've had this issue in the past with the older CJ/YJ/TJ Jeeps.

I have for sure seen a windshield without enough sealant cause a similar problem.

Good luck.

I've tried them all... Jeeps are still the best. (0||||0)

FYI, I used duct tape to troubleshoot wind noise issues. Try taping over the gap between the glass and the frame to see if the problem goes away.
