Looking to replace the Weber Q grill that I have. It's a great grill but not very jeeping friendly being heavy and bulky. I've had it strapped to the spare tire and that works okay but would like to consider other options.

Has anyone grilled with a high output two burner stove and a griddle attachment? satisfied with that? that is definitely more jeep-friendly with respect to size and weight.
