Next step

So my Metal Cloak lift is on the Jeep getting tires and shocks this week. going with the blistens as they seem to be the favorite. I am going to be making a appointment with a shop for a re-gear to 4.88's as i don't ever plan on going bigger than 35's and a rear locker this week. I am going with a selectable they are trying to push a electric I originally was leaning towards a Ox. Looking for opinions thoughts?

I personally recommend ARB. I know they're a little more expensive and you need an air source, but I liken a locker to a winch in the fact that when you need it, you need to know it's going to work. I have an ARB in the rear of my TJ and a Trutrac up front and I love the combination. Being able to flick the switch and get around a tight corner on the trail, then flick it again and have gobs of traction every time was worth it to me.

I think there is are reason that ARBs and Detroits are the choice for competition rigs time and time again. But that's just my $0.02! Let me know if you have any questions!

My rig is primarily used off road for hunting so I do allot of scouting and for shooting. I dont do any "hardcore" wheeling. So I want a solid rig but I also dont want to drop the extra coin for something I don't have to or wont really need. I did want a selectable that is why I didn't go look at the Detroit but maybe I'll revisit it them. I was also just planning on locking the rear. Advice is welcome hoping for it actually lol I dont mind listening to the gear shop but they obviously have there own agenda.
