Do i need a procal? 4.88's in a 10' auto

I just got a regear yesterday, my shift points arent quite exactly what id like to be at forever... 1st shifts at 9mph and its so quick it seems like itll end up causing damage to the trans later on in life, and im in 4th at 40 mph. Ive done some searching and ive come up empty handed on if the procal will actually be benefit or if i should go with something more expensive where i can adjust (if that even exists). im only looking to adjust them back to normal, which was about 15 mph on first gear and 4th would hit at 45. is a procal what i need?

Procal or Flashcal will work, both will adjust your shift points and speedometer.
