That's what I thought. Pushing 35s right now. Any idea on what is needed for new gears? I hear you need a new carrier for 3.73 and numerically higher.

At a minimum you'd need a new front carrier, two minor install kits, front gear set and a rear gear set.

What's the price range of a new carrier and where can you find one?

Is that really enough information to know what gears it has?

Jack one front tire off the ground.
Put a chalk mark on the tire and the drive shaft.
Rotate the tire by hand 2 complete revolutions while counting the drive shaft turns.
The number will be your gear ratio.
A little less than 3 and 1/4 turns will be 3.21 gears.
About 3 and 3/4 turns will be 3.73 gears.
A little over 4 turns will be 4.10 gears.

You could have 3.73's at the very best. Most likely 3.21 but 3.73 are an option and a possibility.
