remote car starter

I have a 2009 jeep Sahara and I am having trouble with the remote starter. I am able to start the jeep with the remote starter but it shuts off after a few seconds and will not restart using the remote starter. It will start with the key but not the remote. Any suggestions?

Mine does that now and then too. Low fuel will not allow it to start and neither will certain CEL's.
