Selling OEM Parts?

Soon I will have OEM bumpers, tire carrier, suspension bits, wheels and tires to sell off my 14 JK. Anybody got any tips to sell this stuff? Im not going to ask a fortune, but I hate to just toss it too.

Some one will buy it, just throw it on Craigslist or something. Problem is, don't expect very much. JK's haven't really changed bumpers ever, so you're dealing with 7 years worth of guys that want aftermarket stuff. Stock equipment, with the exception of a few special edition models equipment, is only worth what the market is willing to pay for it. Unfortunately, the market isn't all that big either. I'm speaking, of course, by experience in my particular area. Surf your local Craigslist and see what the stock pieces are selling for. Just do yourself a favor and find more than a few, take the average of that.

The tires and wheels will be worth a little chunk of coin because tires are a consumable and the cost of OEM replacement BFG's isn't cheap. Plus a lot of jk's come with the steel wheels. The other stuff, take what you can get.

Post up your coils and shocks in TJ sections. TJ owners can use the JK coils and shocks to get a few inches of lift.

I'm keeping mine- When I trade this Jeep in for a newer JK, I can put all the stock crap back on and put the good stuff on the new Jeep.

...No?

Talking maybe a few hundred for plastics... Wrap them in an old blanket, put them in the shed. You never know.
