Flowmaster Exhaust on 3.8L

Has anyone mounted a flowmaster series 40 or super 44 muffler, or similar muffler infront of the rear axle on a 2 door? I'm building a custom exhaust and would like to tuck the muffler up there to protect it. Tips and pics will help a lot.

I had a custom Flowmaster Super 44 installed years ago after I pancaked my OEM muffler on my first wheeling trip. I had to relocate the evap canister of course, but the system has served me well and the Flowmaster has survived many wheeling trips unscathed. Attached are some images of the system now.

txjeeplover: You might want to consider resizing your pictures before posting them. I have a high resolution 27" monitor and they still don't fit when I go full screen on the browser...

Pictures are so small, I can barely see anything. Got some bigger ones?

Odd. The images appeared fine in Firefox for me, but I revised the post and added a link to the photo album instead.

Running a 2 chamber 40 series for almost 3 years now. Barely noticeable with top and doors on. Sounds beefy with top and doors off.

You smell that?
