The day after I bought it I removed the seat and put it in the basement. I plan to keep it though.

They're pretty sought after. I pulled mine, threw it on Craigslist and sold it in a day for $250 with multiple inquiries.

Its seems that some 4 door guys like to buy em for a third row. Many others bought their Jeep used and the previous owner removed the seat before trading in the Jeep.

2 door. The rear seat has been in my utility room for almost 6 years now. Full doors and hard-top have seen pretty much the same fate as well... although they're in the garage.

I hung mine from the ceiling in my garage. 95% of the time, that's where it stays but it's nice to have when I occasionally want to take a 3rd person 4-wheeling. Otherwise, we use my wife's car when we have my kid or anyone else with us.

It's somewhere in the garage, probably making a home for some brown recluse.

Yeah, no way I'd chunk it into the dumpster. Seen 'em on ebay for 650 to a G.

If I had a 2 Door JK back seat, I could see it selling fast and being sought after. But the JKU 4 door back seat is not as hot of an item.

Mine (4 door rear) had to go to make room for the sleeping shelf/drawer/storage box I made and installed. If anyone wants to pay for shipping or pick them up, let me know.

That's why mine's out. Spare, tool box, cooler, misc. stuff. Then when at camp site, I just remove all the stuff and blow up my mattress and doll and hit the hay.

Hey Oscar, Are you talking about the single seat section that came in the back of my 4 door? There is a single seat section and a 2 person section. There is a funky bracket set-up on the bottom that would have to be modified for its at a pretty funky angle. It's for the "fold down" function of both sections of seats and gets in the way of allowing the bottom portion of the seat to sit flat on the floor. Its like a hinge bracket kind of thing.
