Bully dog mount blows ass

Bought the GT tuner last july for my '13 JKUR and it mounts with a suction cup on the windshield and since it finally got cold here in MI the SOB won't stay on the windshield and is annoying as fuck! Besides removing it, is there any better way to mount it? (without putting holes in my a piller or dash)

Carolina Metal Masters makes a RAM-compatible ball mount you can bolt into an existing threaded hole on your A-pillar or sun visor. Then you can use any RAM arm and clamp you like to hold your programmer.

They also have grab handles and grab bars with RAM ball mounts built-in.

Obviously, clean glass and rubber is key. What may not be obvious is the temp. Try mounting it when everything is up to temp. I suspect what's happening is that when the windshield warms up, so does the air inside the suction cup, thus releasing its grip.
