Anyone have the new Drake dash top tray?

Does anyone have the new Drake dash top storage tray? It appears to use the factory mounts like the Daystar one. But more usable space and comes with rubber pads.

I have it and like it. It does use the factory mounts.

I saw this piece at SEMA last week... it's a well made product.

I used the Rugged Ridge Storage Shelf up until about 6 months ago, now my lower windshield cage tube conflicts with the mounting points for the RR piece. I liked how the RR shelf was just one large shelf with the non stick bottom piece.

This Drake piece looks cool and all but I would love to know what there thought process was for those short narrow slots along the sides. What did they plan on us putting in those little slots....golf card pencils?

It really needs to be just one nice large area. Those narrow side slots look useless. The narrow front slot is for a few pens I guess.

I can't think of anything I'd actually put up there.

I have the Daystar upper dash. I bought it to have a place to put my hash browns from Chick fil A. Put my phone on it every once in a while.

I only got it to have a place to put my sunglasses. Works well for that.

I just open my sunglasses up and put over the mirror lens toward the glass.
