New Walker Evans Beadlock?

Saw this pic on four wheeler mag. The wheel looks slightly different and the bolts look recessed. Anyone have any info on it?

Looks like they powder coated the face and left the edges silver to me.

Yeah I couldnt figure out if the powder coat was what was throwing me off but the ring is def not their standard ring.

The face is "ball cut" so that is different, plus, the wheel face isn't as sucked in as others I have seen.
