The anticipated half door kit?!?!?!

Is this the much anticipated half door kit from MOPAR? If so, I guess we have a baseline for the RR product.

No, it's not the anticipated MOPAR kit. This option has been around a while.

It's the result of ordering all the individual door parts, assembling them, and offering them for sale.

Imagine the cost if you ordered your Jeep from the parts counter!

I am We-Todd-Did. I thought is was $3k for the four door option, I didn't go as far as to set up a test order.

Crash - don't read this.

I think this comes from, if you want to buy each piece in a half door from the dealer at their loaded prices it comes to 2400.00 per set....this guy took the time to post and see if any one is crazy enough to pay. Some people have money out there and places like CA 1k isn't as much money as it is to us.

I think the Bestop sets of 2 top and bottom fabric for 500.00 is your best bet.

There may be sets on ebay already, doubt it but the TJ ones were running on average 700 for the metal lowers as a set and around 200 for the uppers (was going to buy my wife some). Don't think there's much luck going to junk yards, our half door JK's are too rare. Course there is a that Jeep wholesaler in the midwest that has a website that might get lucky, but I'm sure its still going to be some money.

2009 Rubicon Unlimited, 4" Long Arm Rancho, 37"MT Baja M/T's, SRC Rear Bumper w/Tire Carrier, XRC Front Bumper, Mile Marker 9.5, Viper Alarm, PureJeep Rockers...PM to ask my opinions

Wife: 99 TJ, 3" Lift, 32's
Had: 99TJ, 5" 35's....
