Lift question???

I currently have a 3 inch lift, and the shocks I bought will compensate for a 3-5 inch lift. I'm looking to change my springs to 4.5 inch. What all do I need to worry about with the change in springs. Rear track bar adjustment, new bump stops, rear sway bar links. My front track bar is adjustable so I'm good there. Just trying to cover my bases before I get it all apart. Thanks for the help!

You will want to do some work on the steering linkages. Drag link flip and raised track bar bracket. I would raise the rear bracket as well and would reposition the coil perches and shock mounts on the axle
