Question Recently got an '08 4-door Sahara...

and I love it. However, it came with a hard top, which I replaced with a Besttop clothe top. I'm having major trouble getting the top to seal above the front window. The latches at the front are not adjustable.

The installer, who is relatively experienced with jeep top installations, is about ready to remove the top and replace it with another brand. Anybody else experienced this problem and found a less drastic solution?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I actually bought a hard top because I don't care for my factory soft top! Where are you located? I'll take that hard top off your hands if it's more affordable than the one I bought!

My factory soft top was made by Besttop for Chrysler so it should be the same product.. No adjustment needed. Hard to put on the first time but after that no probs, no leaks..

If you mean above the windshield - the header bar may be backwards. They are well made and work great. You didn't say which top you bought, that would possibly help someone post up help. I have their Trektop and no issues or leaks.
