Hey, Jeremy- like Irish said, any requirements? That's not terribly far- I'd totally be down to go with you guys and rep RK a bit (or hide my face in shame, depending on my day )- let me know! Mark W.

Back in a '94 YJ! Well, after I sink $$$$ into it...

Very interested. Send me details. I have a JK Rubicon, or a 46 Willys rock crawler that can attend. Your call.

DAMN! Ma Bell is one of my favorite trails and normally not too far from me... but on the 1st I'll be in VA. ARRRGH!

It'll be for a well earned vacation though

Wish I could have been there. Have fun!

A 2dr JK on 35's and 2+ inches of lift should be ok on the Bell. I've done it in my 4rd on 3" lift and 35's but I found its a lot easier (and more fun) on 4.5" lift and 37's

Lockers will be helpful, but I've seen many open/open rigs go up with good, patient drivers. Ma Bell is not a long trail, but it is challenging and with 10 or more rigs you'll spend a good part of the day on the trail.

If you're interested here are a pair of video's I made on the Bell last summer.

Part I

Part II

Heck, we have TJ,s going on 33's.. 35's are more than adequate. We will have some overally capable rigs up there that will be able to help out at any point in time.

"Very interested. Send me details. I have a JK Rubicon, or a 46 Willys rock crawler that can attend. Your call. " - Both. To be honest the willys would be cool as hell...

Just show up... I am sure there will be a seat open.

The details are pretty loose... Show up at 10 AM at the trail head and go wheeling. Hopefully have a good time, go home, and enjoy the rest of the long weekend..

Not far (well a little far, but still in mass) for me... wheeled there two months ago... ran my 4dr with 35's no winch and open diffs and was fine...cool place ... Beaver Dam is one of the coolest freaking things I have ever seen...

this is MaBell -

so is this -

mainly pwer lines like this, a few rock obstacles on teh way up, nice long ride and some woods trails. one of the better places out here

I can post some pics and vids from MaBell if anyone wants...

Last time I ran Mabell...2002..when I had my 98' Grand Cherokee 5.9. Wow...it's been a long time since I've been there. I can only imagine how the terrain has changed.

Unfortunatley it looks like i'm going to be working on July 1st because of the holiday. What a bummer. I'm going to do what I can to get there.

I lived in MA from '83-2008. Wheeled from 2003 to 2008 but never heard of Mabell until now. I guess I wasn't paying that much attention because Beacon Hill activists have just about outlawed driving anything off road and off private property. Most MA Wheelers go to NH to have fun.
