Jeep Beach 2010 INFO

MORE DETAILS!! CAMPING SPECIALS ADDED!!

Jeep Beach® 2010

May 12th – 16th, 2009

Are you ready for another great Jeep Beach™ in Daytona? Last year, over 350 Jeepers filled their Jeep® with family and friends. This year will be BIGGER and BETTER – we are expecting 600 Jeepers for Jeep Beach™ 2010! Back by popular demand, the main event will be in the infield of Daytona International Speedway and the host hotel will be on the BEACH!

As host of Jeep Beach™, the Mid-Florida Jeep Club has extended our fun filled weekend to five days. All activities are geared for all Jeep® owners with lights round or square from stock to those with added hardware. With the setting being next to Lake Lloyd and the updated and improved obstacle courses, this will be an event to remember! You won’t want to miss the fastest growing JEEP ONLY event in the Southeast.

Pre-registration begins on January 1st at www.jeepbeach.com. All participants who pre-register by April 2nd will be eligible for a discounted admission, will receive periodic updates on the event, and will be entered into a special raffle prize drawing (minimum prize amount of $400). Be sure to enter your club/group affiliation at registration, as groups will receive a special incentive.

Below is the current Jeep Beach™ 2010 Calendar of Events. The 2010 Jeep Beach™ beneficiary charities are the Blue Ribbon Coalition and The Rossmeyer Boys and Girls Club of Holly Hill.

Had an awesome time last year. We're planning to be there this year again.

By the way... which will be the party hotel?

My dog is worried about the economy because Alpo is up to 99¢ a can. That's almost $7.00 in dog money.

I just booked my room at the Plaza and will be there Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

When you are ready to book your room, give Cora in Reservations a call. She is off Christmas week but back on Monday 12/28. Her number is #386-944-4099 ext 3008.

I'm going to start working on the dates for us arrive and booking our accomodations. I hope to do some sight seeing while there. We've never been to Florida!

It takes us a full year to plan Jeep Beach and this year we have expanded it to try and make it a week. Dont worry if you miss out on the weekly activities though Jeep Beach is the 14-16 and that weekend is the main events weekend. We started planning Jeep Beach 10 2 weeks after 09 ended. Go bigger or go home right!

The party hotel will be the Plaza Ocean Club. It sits next door to the plaza but is more affordable. For those that want a breakdown the price is pretty accurate as to the services you will recieve. Now keep in mind these prices have been halved in some cases so you are getting some VERY nice hotels for the money. For those wanting the "finer" things in life, the Plaza is the place to be. The spa is incredible. For those wanting some of the amenities of the Plaza without the price, the Plaza Ocean Club is the place to be and where most of the beachside activities will be certered. These two hotels are next to each other and the others are within walking distance. We negotiated very hard for these prices so thank Millicon and Gator (sp) for those awesome rates and planned services you are going to receive.

Rooster...I just got off the phone with Rachel at the Plaza Ocean Club but she could not locate the "Jeep Beach" group rates. She said that she would look into it and have someone call me back tomorrow. Cora, who Moose512 spoke with is gone for the day and is off next week.

Hey Hit, did they tell you about the jacuzzi? I did the BahamaHouse last year and went with the jacuzzi room. It was a freaking bathtub with jets. I was pissed... If the plaza resort offers a real jacuzzi that my fat ass can fit in and along with the wifey... I'm doing that!
