OK so I have a 99 tj. during the summer the headlights come on just fine. but when it is cold out they wont turn on until the engine warms up. I know the engine has nothing to do with the headlights but if I park in the garage they come on just fine so I think it has something to do with the temp.
I was thinking that the headlight relay is bad but I cant find one on the jeep and the part store says it doesn't have one.
does anyone know if they do have one and if so where is it?
I was also thinking if I don't figure this out soon I would just buy a relay and switch it off of the running lights and not have high beams for a while. Any advise would be appreciated.
