I am about 160km away from dubai, thats somehow an hour and half driving, based on the traffic near Dubai area.

Yeah a Hemi engine is great, however, its a major isssue here with local authorities when we start modifying our 4x4's starting from metal bumpers, to noisy exhaust systems, biiiig tires and mostly engine swaps,,,,,,,, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
