Canik TP9SA

I have been looking for an inexpensive new 9mm range toy (range only, will never be carried) and came across the Canik TP9SA, imported by Century Arms. There are a bunch of great reviews, but in the replies to those reviews, some people are posting that it is a dangerous design and they will never buy one. If I understand it right, the original TP9 was redesigned as a single action, but it kept the decocker?

Could one of you more knowledgeable folks dumb it down for me as to why this design is evil?

It's not, it just isn't something that is common to the American Civilian market and you have to retrain to use it properly.

If it is only a range gun then i don't see any reason not to get it. Personally, i'm weeding out my current collection so all of my pistols have the same basic manual of arms.

I think this thing is finally coming together. Still Needed: drive shafts, frame mount rails...then done son! For a while...
