2013 California Legislative Wrap-Up

The NRA-ILA recently sent out an informative news letter, discussing the current status of anti gun, anti hunting bills introduced to the California legislature in 2013. Over 50 bills were introduced. Their agenda is to have the most restrictive gun control laws in the nation and serve as a national model. NRA California's law firm, Michel & Assoc. has prepared a memorandum that outlines the status and continued efforts to overturn or mitigate the effects. It's a bit of a read, if you have time.

So it looks like a ban on all semi-auto centerfire magazine-fed rifles made it through the CA legislature. That's pretty nutty, even for CA.
