Gen V start up issue

This issue isn't exactly having to do with a swap but figured this may be the best place to get help.

I have an 08 JKU with MoTech's first Gen V swap most of you may have seen it. This weekend I needed to weld a few brackets to the frame. Prior to welding I disconnected the battery as well as the GM ECU. Once I was done I reconnected everything and it will not start. It will crank as normal but will not fire. It's not shooting any codes nor does it have any codes stored. Does anyone have any idea what may have happened or what I may be forgetting?

Thanx Tommy

Iím wrapping up my Motech beta gen v 5.3/8 spd and recall several times my engine wouldnít start. These seem to be sensitive to battery voltage as several times if battery voltage was low it would crank but not start. Charged battery and engine started. Also installed fuel pressure gauge to verify pump operation.
