Question alarm issues

I got an aftermarket alarm system installed a few months ago with proximity detection so that the alarm would go off when people reached in my jeep. I then found out that the alarm only arms if the doors are shut, making the system useless with my warrior tube doors. If possible, I'd like to use a jumper or something to trick the jeep into thinking my doors are installed and shut so the alarm will function like it did before.
I tried taking apart my full doors and reverse engineering the pinout to the door's plug, but it was a major PITA and I didn't want to splice any wires. Out of the 8 wires on my door, I figured out which two are for the power window motor, which two are for the power locks, and I think which two are for the open/closed sensor. I can add pics of what I found later for anyone who wants to help.
My jeep is an '08 wrangler X with power windows and locks and the keyless entry system.

'08 X 2-Door, 4" Pro Comp suspension lift, 35" MTR Kevlars, Warrior tube doors, MBRP exhaust kit

Send a message via Yahoo to rob4607

it should have sensor bypass technology that if one trigger (door pins) are not working it does not monitor them and relies on the others, voltage sense, shock sensor, and proximity. a brand and model # would help. call the info # for the company and as or take it back.
